Who we are

Tapas & Wine was inspired by two Swedish Ladies, who have been having business in Phuket for 10 years. We found out that in our area, Kata/Karon there was no place where we could have a decent glass of wine for a reasonable price.

And since we love food and wine, the concept was born, Tapas&Wine!
The combination of food and wine is irresistible, as well as a place to hang out and about at, with company of good friends.

Tapas&Wine opened 21st January 2008 as the very first Tapas and wine bar in Kata/Karon.

The menu is created by Chef Scott Flaxman with some Scandinavian influence from Mona Fristedt and Lotta Hansson.

The service is provided by our very attentive Thai staff - we all know them since many years as well, so their loyaltly to us guarantees you as our guests an almost "feel at home atmosphere".

The variety of the Tapas is picked from traditional Spanish Tapas as well as dishes with an Asian touch and Tapas from Scandinavia.
